Thomas J. Assad

Mr. Assad's background consists of a wide variety of business and financial experience including over 15 years in the Investment Banking & Securities Industry. He was Vice President and a General Principal of a Registered Investment and Consulting firm. He served as a Divisional Manager with Dun & Bradstreet in their business credit and reporting division. Mr. Assad was Vice President & Regional Manager for Concord Growth Corporation serving small to medium size businesses in asset based and accounts receivable lending. He was a project manager for Perry Johnson Registrars, a third party audit firm for businesses registered to the ISO 9000/QS-9000 standards.
Thomas directed and hosted a radio program called "Business Talk Live" on WERE 1300 AM in Cleveland, Ohio featuring renowned business and civic leaders. He has written several articles for the business section of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Ohio's largest newspaper, and has been recognized and featured by COSE, Council of Smaller Enterprises, a division of the greater Cleveland Growth Association.
Mr. Assad has held licenses in the Securities, Real Estate, and Insurance Industries. He has owned and operated his own businesses, and is currently a principal in Lazarus & Company LLC.
Richard C. Glencer

Prior to joining Lazarus Financial Group, Mr. Glencer had over 20 years experience in the Consumer Products industry with a well known fortune 100 company. In his various positions as General Manager and Vice President, he achieved company profit goal objectives through the creation of packaging & Point of Sales Materials, and coordinating with operations, various cost effective programs.
Richard, was responsible for the implementation and management of both union and non-union facilities, in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, and sales & marketing, which included profit centers ranging from $50 to $250 million.
Mr. Glencer has owned and operated his own consultation business which serves small to medium size businesses in the food and beverage industry.
Dr. William E. Kay

Dr. Kay received his Medical degree from Howard University in 1973 in Washington D.C. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1983 Dr. Kay established and built one of the most successful occupational medical clinics in the state of Ohio, ultimately expanding to four locations. He has experience as an instructor in the medical profession, as well as serving the business community as a board member of an international company. Dr. Kay brings with him a vast knowledge of both business, as well as the medical profession, and is a true asset to the Lazarus Financial Group.
